| Q. How long will my order take? |

A. We and our supplier will normally turn orders around within five to seven working days but
in extreme cases (due to stock shortage or forces outside our control)
orders could take up to 28 days. See the shipping page for details on shipping times. |
| Q. What t-shirts do you use? |
|
A. In the UK and EU we use Fruit Of The Loom Super Premium t-shirts. In the US and Canada we use Gildan Ultra t-shirts.

| Q. What print process do you use? |
|
A. For our UK and EU orders we use Vinyl Flock. Orders from the US and Canada are screen printed.

| Q. What is your returns policy? |
|
A. In the very unlikely event there is a problem with your order that is due to a mistake at our end,
we ask that the order or t-shirt is sent back to us and offer a full refund (original price, out-going shipping and return shipping). |
